Il dubbio è questo, potrei optare per 30€ di più e prenderli una coppia per metterli successivamente in raid 0 e raddoppiare le prestazioni (visto che ci metterei solo il sistema operativo e qualche applicativo (giochi e altro li metterei sul disco da 640GB tanto non influenzano molto le prestazioni degli ssd con i giochi); oppure prendere un disco singolo da 128GB e installo s.o. (windows 7 64) e giochi. Secondo voi conviene metterli in raid 0 oppure no?

Sono riuscito ad aprirlo senza invalidare la garanzia per cercare di collegarlo direttamente al pc ed ho scopeto che contiene un wd caviar green ears 2tb che dalle specifiche risulta essere un sata 3gb/s.
Mi chiedo a questo punto come faccia la western digital a proporlo con interfaccia usb 3.0 a 5gb/s anche se teorici, in quanto tecnicamente non potrebbe mai arrivarci essendo un sata2. Non ho grosse esigenze, in quanto non gioco, ma lo userei normalmente ,per lavorare in autocad, per lavorare sulle foto (ritocchi ed archiviazione), e per trasformare dei filmati HI8 in DVD.
Sul vecchio computer ho una scheda Pinnacle DC10, che dovrei riutilizzarla (slot pci e penso non funzioni con 64 bit).
Purtroppo visto il momento non ho un grosso budget, ma allo stesso tempo vorrei cercare di fare una macchina discreta da usare per un pò di tempo.

Non ho inserito volutamente il OS ed il montaggio, smanettando un poco, pensavo di montarmelo io, e quindi chiedevo se la configurazione può avere delle incompatibilità particolari.
Un'ultima cosa, ci potrebbe essere una configurazioni intel simile come prestazioni?
Sono consapevole che x molti questa configurazione è un giocattolino, vedo cose molto più complesse, sono grato a chiunque possa darmi un consiglio.

"Spitzer ci ha stupito ancora una volta", ha detto Bill Danchi, scienziato del programma Spitzer della NASA a Washington. DUE VOLTE PIU' GRANDE DELLA TERRA

Il pianeta, chiamato 55 Cancri, cade in una classe di pianeti chiamati super-Terre, che sono più massive del nostro mondo ma più leggeri di pianeti giganti come Nettuno. Il pianeta è circa due volte più grande e otto volte più massiccio della Terra. E orbita intorno ad una stella luminosa, chiamato 55 Cancri, in sole 18 ore.

In precedenza, Spitzer e altri telescopi sono stati in grado di studiare il pianeta analizzando come la luce dal 55 Cancri è cambiata passando davanti ad una stella. Nel nuovo studio, Spitzer ha misurato la quantità di luce infrarossa che viene dal pianeta stesso. I risultati rivelano che il pianeta è probabilmente buio, e il suo sole, rivestimento laterale più di 2.000 Kelvin (3.140 gradi Fahrenheit), è abbastanza caldo per fondere il metallo.

La nuova informazione è coerente con una teoria precedente che il 55 Cancri è un mondo d'acqua: un nucleo roccioso circondato da uno strato di acqua allo stato "supercritico", dove c'è sia liquido che gas, e sormontata da una coltre di vapore.

"Potrebbe essere molto simile a Nettuno", ha detto di Michaël Gillon dell'Università di Liegi in Belgio, ricercatore principale della ricerca, che appare sulla rivista Astrophysical Journal. L'autore principale è Brice-Olivier Demory del Massachusetts Institute of Technology di Cambridge.

Quanto tempo...:)

nel weekend ho avuto un attimo di tempo in più e soprattutto, avendo dovuto cucinare un tiramisù...mi avanzavano 4 bianchi d'uovo
E visto che non si butta via niente !!


Mousse al cioccolato
Estremamente semplice (ricetta presa da i menù di Benedetta...)

Dose: 40 g di cioccolato per ogni bianco d'uovo.
Io ne ho usati 4 bianchi, e ho diviso:
2 bianchi per 80g di cioccolato bianco
2 bianchi per 80g di cioccolato nero fondente

Volendo fare il bicolore, dovrete fare in due passaggi:
1) sciogliere lentamente il cioccolato fondente (io preferisco aggiungere un goccio di latte in modo da renderlo leggermente liquido, altrimenti viene proprio spesso)
2) lasciate raffreddare
3) montare gli albumi a neve con un pizzico di sale
4) incorporare gli albumi montati a neve al cioccolato fuso, delicatamente, sempre dal basso verso l'alto
5) riempire le formine scelte per metà
6) lasciare in frigo per 2-3 ore almeno.
7) rifare il tutto per l'altra metà di bianchi d'uovo con l'altro cioccolato
8) riempire le formine nuovamente (la parte sotto stando in frigo sarà ormai di consistenza tale da reggere quella sopra)
9) altri 2-3 ore in frigo e via

1) per amalgamare uso una ciotola di plastica. Non chiedetemi perchè ma quando ne ho usata una di vetro ad un certo punto mi si sono solidificati all'improvviso i bianchi ed è venuta una mousse di pietra !
